Janine, the Managing Director, is a lawyer with almost 20 years experience working with International and National Organisations, as well as civil society, governments, NGOs, military and academics to address the development and implementation of legislative frameworks and processes.

Over the years Janine has provided training and governance support to governing boards in various industries.

Janine has also provided regular training and lectures on ethics, as well as the development and the implementation legal frameworks.

Janine leads her team in providing particular expertise to improve corporate performance. She also works with Boards of Directors and senior managers on an on-going basis, and through specific once-off consultancy / advisory projects.

She previously served as a Trustee of Sizwe Medical Scheme.

She currently provides independent expert advice on the Social Legal, Ethics, Governance and Dispute Resolution Committees of a number of medical schemes and to SME's.   Over the years she has provided governance support and/or served on entities such as Medshield, WCMAS, BPMAS, the BHF, Medtronic, SAMWUMED, AHRI and the NRF.

She is a member of the Institute of Directors Southern Africa (IoDSA).

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Oratile has held a number of senior positions during his career. He has served as Chief Operating Officer of (Wingprop)(Pty) Ltd, a privately held property fund with assets in Gauteng, Western Cape and Kwa-Zulu Natal.

He is an admitted Advocate of the High Court with an LLB degree from the University of the Witwatersrand. With almost 12 years of Property and Asset Management experience, his previous positions have included Property Manager at ‘City Property Administration’(a Pretoria  based property management company)  where he  managed assets owned by JSE listed funds Octagon and Premium Properties.

He also held the positions of Senior Property Manager and National Leasing Consultant at the Public Investment Corporation where he managed properties owned by the Government Employee’s Pension Fund (GEPF). He also worked as an Asset Manager for the Billion Group (a privately held property & asset management company) where he managed the commercial assets of the JSE listed funds Rebosis & Ascension Properties.

Oratile is currently the Lead Independent NED on the board of JSE listed SA Corporate Real Estate Limited, and serving on the boards Investment, Social and Ethics and Risk Committees. He has also served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Rebosis Property Fund Board.
